Shoot, a group of 4, 2m tall sculptures are about growth, the fast, dynamic sort we see in the spring when bluebells appear. The configuration is important and considers the way plants find their own space. The group resembles a crown. Each outward facing stem is mosaiced with lines of silver mirror and each is mosaiced with a different glass inside; gold leaf, copper leaf, bronze and grey mirror. 2005 |
